Standard UK Delivery
Via Royal Mail 2nd Class - approx 2 to 5 working days:

Express UK Delivery
Via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, approx 1 – 2 working days. Cost £5.50.
If you have a change of heart about your order, just email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please include the order reference in your message.
If we haven’t yet dispatched the item we can cancel the order immediately and refund your payment.
Otherwise you will need to wait until you receive the package and follow the returns procedure.
You can send an item back for any reason within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return your order, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include the order reference in your message.
Package the item carefully, with its original packaging and in a saleable condition, and send it to:

Please note the cost of returning the items is your responsibility and will not be refunded (expect when the item is faulty, see section below)
Please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate, which you can get from the Post Office for free and we recommend you use the Royal Mail tracking service, especially if the item(s) are over twenty-five pounds, as we cannot process your refund until we have received the items.
We will notify you by email when we have received your package and will issue you a full refund.
If you are returning an entire order, the refund will cover the amount you paid for the product(s) and the original delivery charge if one was incurred.
If you are returning one product from a multi-item order the refund will cover the amount you originally paid for that product alone. (including any discounts applied to that item)
If you receive a faulty item or in the unlikely event the wrong product was sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com
If we have made a mistake or the item is found to be faulty we will refund the full amount you paid (see refunds section) plus the cost of returning the item to us, therefore it is important you include a receipt/proof of postage in the return package to enable us to do so. We also recommend you keep a copy for your own records.
Please note refunds of return postage fees will be issued via cheque unless you indicate to us that you have a Paypal account and would prefer to receive the payment in that manner.
